Nursery Nurse

Milk Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Richmond who are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who enjoys creating engaging, play-based experiences and supporting young children through their first stages of education.

The Role

• Support children aged 3–4 with their learning and development.
• Plan and deliver creative, play-based activities.
• Support children's communication, language and social development.
• Encourage independence through everyday routines.
• Observe and record children's progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team.

About You

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable.
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about supporting children's early development.
