Warehouse Operative – Rotating AM & PM Shifts - £13.24 - £26.48 Per Hour | Monday to Friday | Career Progression | Ongoing Training

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday working and opportunities to grow and progress within the business.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Worker, Logistics Operative or Production Operative. Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Shifts

Rotating weekly, Monday to Friday:

 • 6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm

OR

 • 7.00am - 3.00pm and 3.00pm - 11.00pm

Rates of Pay

 • £13.24 - £26.48 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include but are not limited to:

 • Picking and packing goods
 • Decanting products
 • Order fulfilment
 • Stock handling
 • Picking orders from totes or manual shelving
 • Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

 • Good punctuality and time management skills
 • Ability to follow instructions accurately
 • A suitable level of spoken and written English to understand instructions and work safely on site

Desirable Experience

 • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

Training Provided

 • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
