What You'll Be Doing

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and phonics interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Provide personalised 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs and help remove barriers to their learning and progress.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, resilience and independence.
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and the creation of engaging learning resources.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• A 2:1 degree or above, or be predicted to achieve one.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for graduates with the motivation, commitment and potential to make a genuine difference in the classroom.
