The school is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential through a caring and collaborative approach.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) on a temporary basis from the Autumn Term. The successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will work closely with pupils within the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provision, providing classroom support, assisting with personal care where required, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment throughout the school day.

The successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:

• Previous experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) within a school setting
• Experience providing personal care
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive and flexible attitude
