Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School in North ManchesterMilk Education is currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive Secondary School in North Manchester. Starting in September, this role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting young people, helping them overcome barriers and encouraging them to reach their academic and personal potential. This opportunity would be well suited to an experienced Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant, a graduate looking to gain valuable experience before entering the education sector, or someone with transferable experience working with children and young people. Working alongside class teachers and the SEND team, you will provide individualised support to students with a variety of additional learning needs. You will help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported, confident and able to engage with their learning.
