About this Role: While Curriculum Managers may be required to oversee various curriculum areas as organisational needs evolve, this role is currently responsible for the leadership and management of Gas Apprenticeships, Green Skills provision, Welding, Rail programmes, commercial short courses for gas and Electrical, and the new upskilling Apprenticeship Units. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality apprenticeship delivery, supporting learner progress and achievement, developing employer partnerships, and driving growth in upskilling and workforce development programmes. The role will also provide leadership for staff within these curriculum areas, ensuring learners are fully prepared for assessment, progression, and successful career outcomes.
