We are seeking experienced Timber Frame Operatives to join a well-established and expanding company based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure permanent employment within a clean, organised, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality timber frame products, including roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles accurately to specification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans with precision.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in timber frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Reliable, diligent, and a team player.
• A valid CSCS card is advantageous but not essential.
