The Role

We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie with previous experience running a busy section within a quality fresh-food kitchen. You will be confident working under pressure, maintaining high standards throughout service, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

As Chef de Partie, you will take full responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards while working closely with an experienced team that values consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise mise en place to a high standard
• Run your section confidently and efficiently during busy services
• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
• Maintain excellent presentation and attention to detail
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Assist in training and developing junior members of the team
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and stock control procedures
• Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative kitchen environment

About You

• Must be a strong Chef de Partie with experience in a busy fresh-food kitchen
• Proven ability to run a section independently during high-volume service
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service standards
• Comfortable working across multiple sections
• Able to remain calm, organised, and focused under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality food
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Committed to personal development and career progression
