Your role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important part in helping pupils reach their potential by:

• Supporting the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities
• Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
• Encouraging confidence, independence and participation
• Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with their learning, wellbeing and behaviour where needed

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working with children in any setting, including schools, nurseries, youth work, coaching, residential care or voluntary roles
• A positive, caring and reliable approach
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
