Our prestigious client, Johnnie Walker Experience, is currently looking for top Retail Associates to serve the customers from around the world and support their whisky exploration. The Retail team are trained to become brand, product, and whisky category experts, interacting with the visitors to interpret their desires, making purchase suggestions for mementoes, all whilst providing a personalised experience for each guest. Alongside serving customers, you'll play a key role in the merchandising, inventory control and overall operations of the store.

To be successful, you'll need great retail (or related) experience and be guided by a customer-first mindset. Working with both visitors and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, you'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about enhancing the experience of every visitor.

Your Time at Work
- Deliver customer experience to meet or exceed financial targets and service goals.

- Develop and maintain client database, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.

- Communicating all potential Health and Safety issues to the Management Team.

- Manage stock effectively and replenish stock when needed, ensuring that cleaning and safety measures are met at all times. Fitting with safety and visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and dress codes.
- Support Loss Prevention strategies and product returns. Alerts Management about any concerns immediately.
- Filtering customers' feedback about products, promotions and displays.
- To work collaboratively and cross-functionally, reinforcing a "one team culture".
- Ensuring an inclusive environment for staff and customers.

Our Perfect Worker
- Demonstrable retail experience, top customer service and sales experience.
- Experience in Luxury brands will be a plus.
- Whisky knowledge and a deep enthusiasm for the industry are preferable, though not essential.
- Experience in high footfall retail environments.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, communication and organisational skills.
- Proven operational capabilities, being able to support Back Of House anytime.

- Have and maintain flexible availability.
- Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Key Information and Benefits
This is a temporary, ongoing role
Part-time basis - 16 hours
Flexible starting time - between 07:00 am and finishing time by 09:30 pm (Flexibility is required).
The pay rate is £13.45 per hour
