MET Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team at their Minworth
Shift Pattern
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate
  • £12.71 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual with experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments to support the day-to-day running of a busy storage facility.
Key Responsibilities

  • Machine minding

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of company delivery vehicles

  • Carry out a variety of warehouse tasks to maintain excellent service levels
  • Accurately count and check crates and equipment moving in and out of the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
     
About You
  • Previous warehouse or production experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working to KPIs
  • A positive, polite, and customer-focused attitude
  • A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to complete delivery and collection paperwork accurately
  • Respectful and careful handling of company property
