Unqualified/Qualified Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities Classroom Support • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Supporting Pupil Progress • Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and motivation Promoting Positive Behaviour & Wellbeing • Model positive behaviour and attitudes to learning Supporting Development & Life Skills • Encourage communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Unqualified/Qualified Teaching Assistant – Essential Criteria • Experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience preferable) Unqualified/Qualified Teaching Assistant – Why Work with Milk Education?
