Warehouse Operative – Excellent Pay Rates & Immediate Starts

📍 Location: Hatfield, AL10
⏰ Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week + Regular Overtime Available

Earn Great Rates of Pay

Standard Pay Rates

• £13.60 per hour (before 6:00pm) – increasing to £14.36 per hour after 12 weeks
• £16.12 per hour (after 6:00pm) – increasing to £17.05 per hour after 12 weeks
• £14.86 per hour Sundays – increasing to £15.70 per hour after 12 weeks
• Overtime rates from £19.90 to £23.29 per hour
• Bank Holiday rates from £23.68 per hour
• Performance-based Pick Bonus available
• Holiday pay included

Shift Pattern

Rotating Weekly Shifts (5 out of 7 days, including weekends)

Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and successful distribution team based in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time position with guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and the potential to gain a permanent contract after just 12 weeks.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders onto pallets using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience
• Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• LLOP experience is advantageous but not essential
• Flexibility to complete Monday–Friday training before moving onto rotating shifts
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to targets
