An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the next step in their career through a unique practice ownership and partnership opportunity in Cheshire. This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon or experienced Clinical Director looking to combine clinical leadership with the long-term financial rewards and autonomy of practice ownership.

The successful candidate will lead a well-established small animal practice comprising a large main hospital and three branch surgeries. They will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional clinical standards, mentoring and developing the veterinary team, and delivering outstanding patient and client care while helping shape the future direction of the practice.

The hospital is exceptionally well-equipped, offering access to advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities including CT Imaging, MRI, Endoscopy, Laser Surgery, Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Dentistry and a wide range of additional modern equipment, enabling the team to provide an excellent standard of care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

As a Practice Partner, the successful candidate will benefit from comprehensive support from an experienced veterinary network. Dedicated specialists in finance, HR, marketing, operations and business development provide the infrastructure needed to successfully grow the practice, allowing the clinical leader to focus on delivering exceptional veterinary care while building a profitable business.

The partnership package has been designed to offer both security and long-term financial reward. It includes guaranteed minimum drawings of £75,000 during the early stages of ownership, monthly profit share and realistic earning potential of £110,000+ per year, with scope for significantly higher earnings as the practice continues to grow. Partners will also have the opportunity to build valuable equity in the business through flexible finance options, ongoing business mentoring and a guaranteed exit payment.

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with excellent clinical skills and previous leadership, mentoring or Clinical Director experience. They will be passionate about developing their team, delivering outstanding clinical care and driving the continued growth and success of a thriving veterinary practice.
