Assembly Operative
Location: Dudley, DY2
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm | Friday, 7:00am - 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Dudley (DY2).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from detailed job sheets and assembly instructions.
• Assemble wooden, upholstered, mechanical, and electrical components to a high standard.
• Safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow job sheets and technical instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
