🚨 Warehouse Operative & In-House Admin – 2 Vacancies Available! 🚨

KPI Recruiting is currently recruiting for 2 x Warehouse Operative & In-House Admin staff to join our client's busy warehouse team based in Larkhall.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, with the chance to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

📍 Location: Larkhall
💷 Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour (paid weekly)
💼 Permanent Salary: £28,000 per annum after successfully completing the 12-week temporary period.

🕒 Rotating Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 4:00am – 1:00pm (5 days on, 3 days off)
• Week 2: 12:00pm – 9:00pm (5 days on, 2 days off)

Please note: Due to the early morning start times and shift pattern, your own transport is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse
✅ Dealing with drivers and processing delivery paperwork
✅ Accurately inputting information onto the in-house system
✅ Coordinating loading and unloading activities on the loading bays to ensure smooth operations
✅ Liaising with drivers and warehouse staff to keep operations running efficiently
✅ Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
✅ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
✅ Following all company health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in a similar warehouse and administration role is essential
✔ Good communication and organisational skills
✔ Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
✔ A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Own transport is essential
