Sales Ledger Accountant

We’re looking for a highly switched-on, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Accountant to join a fast-paced, collaborative finance team. This role would suit someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys building strong relationships across the business.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end sales ledger function, including raising invoices, managing aged debt, WIP, accrued and deferred income, and supporting month-end processes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial support and ensuring accurate project billing and reporting.

What we're looking for:

• Previous accounting experience with exposure to sales ledger activities
• Strong understanding of invoicing, WIP, and accrued/deferred income
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and SUMIF)
• A confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their career

Experience with Paprika accounting software or within a PR, marketing, or advertising agency would be advantageous.
