The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in and out of the classroom

• Work closely with teachers to raise attainment

• Provide targeted interventions and academic support

• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

• Gain hands-on experience within a secondary school setting

What We’re Looking For

• A university graduate (2:2 or above preferred)

• Passionate about working with young people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude

• Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
