We are currently recruiting on behalf of a supportive and welcoming primary school in the Hounslow area of London for an Early Years ECT to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking to begin their teaching career within a nurturing and well-established school environment with strong leadership and excellent ECT support.

The school is seeking a passionate and creative individual who is committed to delivering engaging learning experiences and supporting children through the crucial early stages of their education and development.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative Early Years team and benefit from a structured induction programme, experienced mentoring, and ongoing professional development throughout their ECT years.

With schools finalising September 2026 staffing, this is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs still searching for the right placement to secure a role before the academic year begins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons within the Early Years setting
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with the EYFS framework
• Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold or be on track to achieve full UK QTS by September 2026
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Passionate about Early Years education
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Right to Work in the UK
