Who we're looking for

• A qualified Early Years Teacher with QTS and/or EYTS (or on track to achieve by September)
• A degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related discipline
• Experience or strong placement evidence working with children in the EYFS (ages 0–5)
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and child-led learning
• A nurturing, patient, and creative practitioner who understands the importance of play-based learning
• Confident in planning and delivering stimulating activities that support communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and wider school staff
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child in your care
