We are looking for a commercially driven and forward thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital performance strategy across web, paid media, and social channels for a forward thinking hospitality group.

This is a key role within a fast growing, multi-site, service-led business, responsible for driving measurable growth, improving customer experience, and shaping the future of digital and AI capabilities.

You will work closely with the Head Marketing and collaborate with CRM and wider marketing teams to deliver a best in class digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive performance across all digital channels (website, paid media, social), delivering a data driven strategy focused on growth, ROI, and continuous optimisation
  • Manage external agencies (particularly paid media), ensuring strong performance, accountability, and a shift toward greater in house strategic ownership
  • Lead website performance and customer experience, optimising user journeys, conversion rates, and overall digital effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with CRM to align digital, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing into a cohesive, data led approach
  • Champion AI and emerging technologies, supporting the development of internal systems across loyalty, ordering, customer engagement, and automation
  • Identify and implement innovation opportunities, including AI-driven media optimisation, bots, and in-house digital/booking platforms

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in a digital or performance marketing role, with clear ownership of channel performance and ROI
  • Background in multi-site businesses such as hospitality, retail, or leisure
  • Strong understanding of paid media, website optimisation (UX/CRO), and social channels
  • Experience managing external agencies and marketing budgets, with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven strategies that support growth and customer acquisition
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-led environment
  • Interest in or exposure to AI, marketing technology, and digital innovation
