We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy team in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting. This is an amazing pub and boutique hotel group based in Hertfordshire

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence
• Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, including cocktails and service flow
• Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
• Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
• Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership with proven bar/restaurant management experience
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• A natural people-person who thrives in busy, dynamic environments
