We’re seeking a Brand Executive Chef for a confidential, high-profile Latin-inspired restaurant within a luxury Las Vegas resort. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic culinary leader who thrives in high-volume, high-energy environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop BOH teams across all dayparts
  • Drive modern Latin menu innovation
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and execution at scale
  • Oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in progressive culinary leadership
  • High-volume, upscale or luxury dining experience
  • Strong Latin cuisine background
  • Hands-on leadership with solid financial acumen
