Recruitment Resourcer – Education Sector

Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Our expanding Education Recruitment team, based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, is on the hunt for a Recruitment Resourcer to provide essential admin support and help us find the best talent for schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and potentially progress into a Recruitment Consultant position within the next couple of years.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels on National campaigns. 
• Screening & Vetting: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards.
• Administrative Support: Manage job postings, update candidate databases, and assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with candidates and support the team in meeting client needs.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on trends in the education recruitment sector.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Passion for education or recruitment is highly desirable.
