This is a newly created role for a fantastic B2B apparel business looking to upgrade their marketing capabilities and transform the brand's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels, boosting brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role is key to shaping the next phase of growth, including new brand launches and market expansion.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Leadership & Brand Development - Define and execute the marketing strategy to drive brand positioning, market growth, and revenue. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels while optimising marketing spend for maximum impact.

  • Digital and Ecommerce Growth - Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC to drive online visibility and sales. Enhance user experience and leverage automation to improve engagement and conversions.

  • Offline Marketing and Trade Events - Plan and manage trade shows, industry events, and offline campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Develop marketing materials and strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.

  • CRM, Data and Lead Generation - Oversee CRM strategy to improve data management, segmentation, and lead nurturing. Align marketing with sales to drive customer acquisition and retention while ensuring compliance with data regulations.

  • Content and Social Media - Develop engaging content and manage social media channels to position the brand as an industry leader. Drive audience engagement through thought leadership, storytelling, and influencer collaborations.

  • Campaign and Calendar Planning - Create and manage a structured marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and seasonal trends. Track campaign performance, optimise messaging, and refine strategies based on data insights.

 

 

Person required:

 

Essential

  • Proven track record in both offline and digital marketing
  • Proven experience of upscaling in both offline and digital marketing
  • Detailed performance marketing experience
  • Experience in Lead Scoring
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
  • Strong background in trade event planning and catalogue production
  • Experience working within entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses

Desirable

  • Proven success managing Amazon channels
  • Background in the apparel industry
  • Strong capability in content creation and social media strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of print production
  • Experience working in European markets
  • Additional language skills
