Job Title: Order Processor

Salary: Up to £26,500 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm 

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme

The Role:

As an Order Processor, you will work closely with various customers across different platforms to process sales orders and support the entire order lifecycle. Your efforts will contribute to customer satisfaction, team support, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders
• Update the system with kitting, job, and additional service requirements
• Monitor shipment statuses and delivery progress
• Resolve courier issues when necessary
• Serve as a point of contact for customer service and query resolution, both internally and externally
• Maintain accurate records and system notes
• Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and standards
• Manage sales accounts as allocated
• Create, maintain, and contribute to process flows and procedures
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed and support business needs, including covering for absent colleagues

About You:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and formats, building trust and credibility to maintain good relationships and reputation both internally and externally
• Proficient in literacy and mathematical skills (GCSE grade 5 or equivalent)
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Shows initiative with a positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
• Motivated to continuously learn and improve, with strong IT capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems and order processing in a fast-paced, changing environment is preferred
