We are recruiting a Science teacher on behalf of a fantastic Secondary school in Ludlow teaching age range 11 to 16. This is a well-established school with a brilliant reputation ,the staff and community within are very talented and committed to continuing this journey towards success.

There are a lot of plans to enrich the curriculum and extra-curricular activities offered to pupils. This school has smaller year groups to ensure each student is known and supported in the correct way. Feedback from former staff is always exemplary with praise on the warm and welcoming environment within.

This position as a Teacher of Science has a September start date, This is a full-time role so you will need to be committed to working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3pm.

You will need to feel comfortable teaching all sciences up to KS4; marking and planning will be included.

You will need to adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as the behavioural policy.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• · You have a QTS or an educational equivalent, e.g. PGCE, BA Hons, Degree
• · You can teach all 3 sciences confidently and comfortably at KS3 & KS4
• · You have the legal right to work in the UK
• · You hold a valid DBS that is registered with the Update Service
• · You are up to date with the current curriculum
