M&E Site Manager – Thetford

Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00
Discipline: Mechanical Bias / M&E

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join a project in Thetford, Norfolk.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong mechanical bias, although we would also welcome applications from well-rounded M&E Site Managers with a proven track record of managing both mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical and M&E installation works on site.

• Manage subcontractors, site operatives and daily activities to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.

• Monitor project progress and ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards and site procedures.

• Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery of works.

• Identify and resolve site issues, maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager within the construction industry.

• Strong mechanical services background is highly desirable.

• Alternatively, demonstrable experience managing both mechanical and electrical installations.

• Excellent communication, organisational and coordination skills.

• A strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 07:00–16:00
