Health, Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical safety legislation, including the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

  • Follow risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems and electrical isolation procedures.

  • Use appropriate PPE, tools and safety equipment.

  • Follow relevant PUWER and LOLER requirements where applicable.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and report hazards, near misses and unsafe working practices.

  • Ensure external contractors adhere to site safety procedures and required working standards.
