What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (full and relevant qualification).

• Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.

• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Confidence supporting children across Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms.

• Experience planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• A good understanding of safeguarding, child development and nursery routines.

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• A driving licence and access to a car would be a bonus! This could open up even more opportunities across local nurseries.

• Someone who is reliable, adaptable and happy to get stuck in!
