Job Title: Early Years Assistant Can you bring energy, enthusiasm and a caring approach to every nursery room you step into? Do you love helping little learners build confidence, independence and new skills through play? Are you an adaptable Early Years Assistant who can quickly become a valued part of a nursery team? TeacherActive is proud to be working with Early Years settings in Taunton to support their need for an Early Years Assistant. The successful Early Years Assistant will work within welcoming nursery environments, helping to create a safe, positive and engaging setting where children can learn, play and develop. We are looking for an Early Years Assistant for flexible, part-time, day-to-day and short-term work, supporting children across all Early Years age groups. The Early Years Assistant will be expected to adapt confidently between rooms, support children's learning and development, and provide an empathetic and nurturing approach throughout the day. The successful Early Years Assistant will have: • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification In return for the above you can expect to receive: • A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.
