KPI Education is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join an inclusive secondary school in Coventry. Working alongside experienced teachers and support professionals, you'll help students navigate their learning, build confidence and develop the independence to take on new challenges. The opportunityEvery student learns differently. As a Graduate LSA, you'll help ensure that young people who require additional support can access their education and participate meaningfully in school life. You'll provide individualised assistance across lessons and activities, adapting your approach to help pupils feel supported, encouraged and able to progress. Your responsibilities will include:
