Westin Par is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful vehicle
maintenance and commercial transport business for a Workshop Administrator to join
their busy operation in Lydden, Kent.
This is a varied role that combines workshop administration, invoicing, warranty claims
processing, service scheduling and customer liaison. The successful candidate will
play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of a fast-paced workshop servicing
cars, vans and commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage workshop job cards, ensuring all information is accurate and
complete
• Raise workshop invoices promptly and efficiently upon job completion
• Prepare and issue repair estimates and pro-forma invoices
• Process warranty and contract maintenance claims
• Schedule MOT tests for commercial vehicle customers
• Liaise with customers, technicians and internal departments to ensure work
progresses smoothly
• Support the Workshop Controller with administrative duties
• Maintain accurate workshop records and documentation
• Assist with vehicle collections and deliveries when required
Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in a Workshop Administrator, Service Administrator,
Warranty Administrator, Claims Administrator or similar role
• Experience within the automotive, motor trade, fleet, HGV, commercial vehicle
or vehicle maintenance sector
• Strong administration, communication and organisational skills
• Good IT and data entry skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues
