FLT Bendi Truck Driver - Coalville

People Solutions are looking for an FLT Bendi Truck Driver for our client based in Coalville.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, ongoing work, weekly pay and opportunities to secure a permanent position.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Forklift Bendi Driver, Flexi Truck Driver or Pivot Steer Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 04:00 - 12:00
• 09:00 - 17:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as an FLT Bendi Truck Driver are:

• Driving and operating Bendi (Flexi) trucks
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Receiving goods into the warehouse
• Stowing pallets within warehouse racking
• Moving stock around the warehouse as required
• Carrying out warehouse duties alongside FLT work
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Organising stock ready for dispatch
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
• Manual handling and heavy lifting where required

Essential Skills:

To be successful as an FLT Bendi Truck Driver, you will need:

• A valid Bendi Licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
• Previous experience operating Bendi trucks
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Strong organisational skills
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• A positive attitude and willingness to undertake warehouse duties
• The ability to carry out manual handling, including lifting and carrying
• A team-player mentality

Training:

Training provided for an FLT Bendi Truck Driver:

• Training will be provided where required
• Successful completion of a site assessment before starting
• Ongoing support throughout the assignment
