What we're looking for

• Hold or are on track to achieve QTS
• Are available to begin a full-time teaching position

• Are committed to creating positive learning environments
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are resilient, reflective and open to developing their practice
• Want to establish themselves within the teaching profession
