Salary: £170 - £250 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school based in Fallowfield, which has been awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating. The school provides a positive learning environment and is looking for a dedicated History Teacher to join their team.

The school is looking to take on a History Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from October. The successful History Teacher will teach History across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, planning and delivering engaging lessons while supporting pupils to make strong academic progress.

The successful History Teacher will have:

• QTS with a History specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching History across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong knowledge of the History curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
