£750 - £850 Per week

Job Duties:

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behaviour
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Required Qualifications:

• Valid DBS certificate
• Previous experience in care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

Previous experience in a care role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Empathy and compassion towards clients
• Basic medical knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• NVQ in Health and Social Care
• First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

• Live-in position with accommodation provided
• Flexible working hours including weekends and evenings
• Potential travel to client's homes within the designated area
• Physical demands including lifting and assisting clients with mobility
