Chef de Partie (CDP) x2 - Temp to Permanent Opportunity

Our client, an award-winning events, venue and visitor attraction near St Austell, are looking to recruit two Chef de Parties (CDPs) to join their talented kitchen team.

This opportunity will initially be on a temporary basis (Paid weekly), with the potential to secure a permanent full-time position after 12 consecutive weeks for the right candidates.

Hours

• Typical shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm/ Some evening shifts as well -12pm-8/9/10pm
• Some weekend work will be required
• Predominantly daytime hours, offering a healthy work/life balance

The Role

Working as part of a professional kitchen brigade, you will assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality food for visitors, events and functions, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained.

• Previous Chef de Partie experience
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Ability to work well within a team
• Reliable and professional approach
• Own transport desirable due to location
