Support Worker 

Location: Wrexham

Pay: From £14.29 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Support Workers in Wrexham to join our agency team and work across a range of local care services. 

You’ll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Providing person-centred care and support 
• Supporting everyday tasks, activities and community access 
• Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement 
• Providing or prompting personal care when required 
• Following support plans and keeping accurate records 

What you’ll need: 

• To be aged 18 or over 
• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years 
• The right to work in the UK 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• A caring, reliable and professional approach

This is flexible agency work, with shifts offered according to service requirements. Hours are not guaranteed.
