The Opportunity

Purovets is delighted to be working with a highly respected independent veterinary practice in Surrey that is looking to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to its growing and experienced team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive first-opinion practice that combines the friendly atmosphere of an independent clinic with an impressive range of advanced surgical and medical services typically found in referral settings.

Recently expanded, the practice boasts modern facilities and a collaborative team environment where nurses are encouraged to fully utilise their skills. With dedicated nurse clinics running every day and a varied caseload, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while continuing to develop your clinical interests.

You'll be joining a large and supportive team of Veterinary Nurses, working alongside experienced vets who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Whether your interests lie in surgical nursing, inpatient care, nurse consultations or advanced procedures, this practice offers excellent exposure and genuine career development.

The Practice

This recently expanded, purpose-built practice is exceptionally well equipped and offers a level of clinical exposure rarely found in first-opinion practice.

Facilities include:

• Five spacious consultation rooms
• Five fully equipped operating theatres
• Dedicated kennel and inpatient facilities
• Advanced digital radiography
• Laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery
• Flexible and rigid endoscopy
• Orthopaedic surgery
• Fracture repair procedures
• Cruciate ligament surgery (including TTA)
• BOAS surgery
• Class IV K-Laser therapy
• Wide-ranging medical and surgical caseload

The Rota

• Trial 4-day working week
• Shifts of 8:00am–6:00pm or 10:00am–8:00pm
• No out-of-hours commitments
• Just 1 in 8 weekends
• Excellent work-life balance
