The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll speak with prospective customers who have already expressed an interest in the company's services. You'll build rapport, understand their needs, present solutions, overcome objections and confidently guide them towards a purchasing decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warm inbound enquiries by phone and online
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Build strong relationships and establish trust quickly
• Present services clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and discuss pricing and value effectively
• Manage and progress your sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve sales targets and conversion KPIs

About You

You may have experience in:

• Consultative sales
• Insurance or financial services
• Property or professional services
• Telesales or telephone-based sales
• Any target-driven sales environment

• Be comfortable discussing value and pricing
• Build rapport quickly with customers
• Be resilient, motivated and results-focused
• Manage your own workload and pipeline effectively
