Sales Manager – Corporate Sales & Partnerships

I am working with an exciting brand coming to the UK who are looking to make a mark on the Luxury Leisure market They are looking for a sales Manager who can shape a brand-new venue's commercial future from day one. Leading the corporate sales, memberships, sponsorships and strategic partnerships. This role is for someone energised by targets and measured by revenue won, not enquiries logged.

Focus areas:

• Build pipeline from Zero with corporates, embassies, universities, government bodies, NGOs, event planners and luxury brands across conferences, launches, dinners and private celebrations
• Founding Membership campaign across Business, Creative, Film, Networking and Wine & Culture
• Sponsorship & Partnerships including naming rights, cultural programming, CSR/ESG partnerships and tax-efficient corporate giving
• Business Development & Relationship Management with FTSE companies, SMEs, Chambers of Commerce, embassy trade offices and industry associations
• Events & Restaurant Growth, building toward 150–200 events a year; growing restaurant covers through corporate lunches, private dining and networking events

Essential

• 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, hospitality, venue sales or business development
• A proven, provable track record of exceeding sales targets
• An established corporate network within London
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter's instinct for generating new business independently
• Experience selling premium products, services or experiences
