Part-Time Primary Teacher

Aberdare | 2–3 Days per Week

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to make a genuine difference within a close-knit community?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly effective Primary Teacher to join our welcoming school in Aberdare on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). As a school that sits at the heart of its local community, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with pupils, families, and the wider area, creating an environment where every child can thrive.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across Key Stage 2 that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities. You will have high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement, ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching KS2 classes
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • Has the ability to engage, motivate, and challenge pupils across all ability levels.
  • Creates a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider community.
  • Shares our commitment to fostering a culture of respect, ambition, and achievement.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
