Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort

Location: Fiji
Compensation: AUD $6,000–$8,000 per month + living expenses

We are recruiting for a luxury island resort in Fiji seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the full F&B operation and lead a high-level guest experience in an intimate luxury environment.

The Role

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and luxury standards
• Lead and develop the F&B team across the resort's outlets
• Drive beverage strategy with a strong focus on wine and sommelier programmes
• Manage day-to-day operations, service standards and overall guest satisfaction
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and enhance the resort's F&B offering
• Take a hands-on approach to leadership within a smaller, luxury resort environment

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage management experience
• Background within small luxury hotels or resorts
• Strong general F&B operational experience
• Proven strengths in beverage management and wine/sommelier programmes
• Luxury hospitality experience with a strong focus on guest service
• Fiji experience is an advantage
• Hands-on, personable and confident leading a team in a remote island environment
