Working Hours & Flexibility: Most roles follow a typical school-day schedule of 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities available to suit your availability:
The Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils within specialist SEND settings, helping them to access learning and develop essential life skills. Your responsibilities may include:
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults (education, care, youth work, coaching, or similar backgrounds welcomed). An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one. A patient, resilient, and caring approach with a genuine passion for supporting young people. Experience within SEND is desirable but not essential we welcome applications from graduates, support workers, care professionals, sports coaches, and those looking to begin a rewarding career in education.
