EYFS Teacher

Start: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential for permanent placement)

Milk Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming Primary school in Bradford from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to develop their teaching career within a supportive Primary school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate lessons across the EYFS curriculum.

• Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

• Support children's communication, language, physical, social and emotional development.

• Use play-based learning and practical activities to encourage curiosity and independence.

• Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs and abilities of all children.

• Monitor, assess and record children's progress and development.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and school staff.

• Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing.

• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff.

• Contribute to planning, assessment and the wider life of the school.

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching within EYFS is desirable.

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.

• A nurturing, enthusiastic and child-centred approach.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Creative and confident in delivering engaging, play-based learning.

• Able to differentiate learning and respond effectively to individual needs.

• Flexible, proactive and committed to creating positive outcomes for children.

• Available to work full-time from September 2026.
