💼 Your Role:

You’ll work alongside experienced early years staff to support the learning, play, and development of children aged 3-5. This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll help lay the foundations for a lifelong love of learning.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

• At least 6 months’ experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting

• Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable

• A warm, nurturing, and patient approach to childcare

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early years development
