Owen Payne Recruitment is recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton (WV5).

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring automated production machinery
• Setting up equipment and making basic machine adjustments
• Ensuring production runs efficiently while meeting quality standards
• Completing production paperwork and recording production data
• Carrying out basic fault finding and reporting machine issues
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Working as part of a busy production team to achieve daily production targets
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Machine Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Machine Minder
• Experience within food manufacturing is desirable but not essential
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using computers and production systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts

• Pay rate can go up to £18.15 once fully trained

Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
