Milk Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Achievement Coaches to support pupils across a range of Primary Schools in Sunderland and South Tyneside.

This rewarding role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed both academically and personally. Working alongside teachers and school staff, you will support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Whether you have experience in education, coaching, youth work, mentoring, care, or sports leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity to begin or continue a rewarding career within schools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and communication
• Encouraging positive engagement and participation in lessons
• Building confidence, resilience, and independence in learners
• Supporting children with SEND, SEMH, and additional learning needs
• Working collaboratively with teachers to promote pupil progress and achievement

We are looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people in any capacity
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their goals
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
