The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils from Year 1 through to Year 6, working alongside class teachers to assist with learning activities, pupil engagement and classroom routines.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
• Experience working across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• A patient, caring and positive approach
• The ability to adapt to the needs of different pupils and year groups
